Rubber fatigue crack test machine
I. Overview
The rubber fatigue cracking tester is used to determine the cracking performance of vulcanized rubber, rubber shoes and other materials after repeated flexing. It conforms to GB/T 13934 "Determination of Flexural Cracking of Vulcanized Rubber" and GB/T13935, GB/T3901, GB/T4495, ISO132, ISO133 and other requirements. Digital setting, display of flexing times, automatic shutdown, the host computer and electrical control are designed as a whole, each sample can be clamped separately, beautiful appearance and convenient operation.
2. Brief structure
This machine is mainly composed of motor base, sliding column, upper and lower clamps, eccentric wheel mechanism and digital display control box.
The base is equipped with two sliding columns, the upper and lower clamps are connected with the sliding column, the position of the upper clamp can be adjusted arbitrarily, the lower clamp is connected with the eccentric wheel connecting rod, the motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, and the lower clamp The device can reciprocate up and down. There is an adjustment scale on the front of the eccentric, which can be adjusted according to the needs of the test. The digital display control box can set and display the reciprocating times of the lower gripper.
